Ownership and Reproduction
It is agreed that jals photography owns the copyright of all images captured by Jessica Lindsay-Sonkin and holds all rights to publish at her discretion for her portfolio and marketing purposes. The client agrees to hold jals photography harmless against any and all claims arising from any published images. If the client has purchased digital negatives, the client is free to print, re-print and enlarge any photography included in the digital download for personal use and agrees not to use the images for commercial purposes. 

Digital Alterations
It is agreed that the images provided by jals photography will not be digitally altered from their provided state by the client or by any other persons. This includes cropping, filters and extensive photoshop editing.
